I remember it well, the Fall of 1981. Xanadu had been the summer of 80 and I longed for something to stand the test of time, I longed for new music and new excitement. I was 11 years old and Olivia had just released Physical. Then I got the Sept issue of Super Teen, and there it was, the ONE THING I had been waiting for. A sequel to Grease. One of my all time favorite movies, and I was going to get a sequel.

I remember the Studio were trying to cast the lead roles. John and Olivia were only making cameos so they needed 2 new stars to fill their shoes. I remember in one issue, there was a voting balot you could mail in to give your top choices for the new male and female leads. Then a couple more issues came and it was announced that the newcomers would be Maxwell Caulfield and Michelle Pfeiffer. I started collecting instantly. I started to count the days.

Then June 11th, 1982 came, and my life would never be the same. Fast forward 22 years to 2004. Here I am, still as passionate about this movie as the day it was released. When I was 11 years old. I love this movie with all my heart and soul. It gives me such pleasure to be able to give to all the new fans, that magic we all felt back in the summer of '82'. 

I had tried in the late 80's to make a super Grease 2 scrapbook (which I have since gave as a gift, to my good friend Craig). I spent hours, days, weeks, months, gathering everything I could get my hands on. It was around 1988 and seeing that the movie was now 6 years old, it was hard to come by. I had to rely on everything I had bought in 1982, everything I won or sent away for. I never really finished that Scrapbook but it was always my dream to do just that.

1994. The Internet was brand new. I first got online the summer of 94 with the help of one of my friends. He was the first in my close knit bunch to get a computer. I would go online and search for fellow fans I could chat with. It wasnt until the inception of eBay that I really found a wealth of Grease 2 fandom all at my fingertips! I started getting everything I could get my hands on. Usually just magazines I had missed (foreign and rare ones) and a few 8 x 10's.

Then one day in October of 1998 I decided it was time to take action. I spent 9 hours that first night scanning everything I had (mostly from 1982) and proceeded to build the very first variation of my Grease 2 site. Two words: it sucked. But hey, it was a start! I had more content than anyone else on the net. My scrapbook idea would become a reality afterall!

Fast-forward a year. In the summer of 1999, I found out I was going to get to go back to school so lucky for me! I chose computers. I met my design partner at that school and we free-lanced for a year after finishing up the courses. After that, I decided to go back to school full time the Fall of 2000, where I made the dean's list for the first time in my entire life!

So now, after 6 years in college (yes I know I am a late bloomer, but hey, I'm livin' my dream!), I've redone this site for you all (Summer 2001). This is the way it should have been done in the first place. It gives me great honor to present this to all the fans. To give this wondeful movie, my favorite movie ever, the respect and honor it deserves. Not only did it give me the greatest moments in my life, it gave us all Michelle Pfeiffer, my muse and inspiration for the last 22 years.

So without further adieü, let me welcome you and say that I hope this brings you as much fun and joy as it has brought me. Grease is still the word, the Music and Feeling go on Forever...
