Back to School Again:

Well folks, we begin anew with a brand new set of T-Birds, Pink Ladies and teenages at the famous Rydell High. The year is 1960, Fall to be exact and the start of a brand new school year. Our tale picks up 2 years after the original Grease gang has graduated. Everyone is headed "Back to School Again," after a long hot summer...

Here's the deal, Johnny (head T-Bird), used to go with Stephanie (head Pink), but she has "outgrown him over the summer." She is searching for something more, someone more exciting, someone with a fast motorcycle, somebody cooler than the rest. Enter Sandy's cousin Michael from England. Straight and narrow, clean cut and completely opposite from Stephanie. They meet that first day and he falls head over heels for her the first moment he lays eyes on her. Michael attempts to ask Stephanie out, but she won't hear of it. She tells him what she really wants, and that is a superman on wheels, a "Cool Rider." Knowing he is far from that, he starts a side business doing people's homework for extra cash. With his new spending dough, Michael decides to build his own cycle. With the help of Frenchy, he learns to ride and be "cool" and tries to change his image to impress Ms. Zinone. At the same time all of this is happening, Johnny, still pining over Stephanie, starts putting the moves on Paulette (the Marilyn Monroe type of the Pink Ladies).

Michael has kept the cycle a secret until...one night at the Bowl-a-Rama , The Cycle Lords (a.k.a. the Scorpions in Grease), decide to really mess with the T-Birds. As Dolores is skateboarding her way to the door of the bowling alley, she spots Leo "Craterface" Balmudo all alone in front. She runs in and tells Davey, the littlest of the T-Birds, and he goes out to mess with him since he thinks he is alone. When he goes out the front door cursing Balmudo, he finds that Leo's gang has joined him and now Davey is outnumbered. Just as Leo is gonna pound him, they all get a visitor, The Lone Biker! (Called that because he wears goggles and a helmet and no one can see his face.) Stephanie is instantly smitten. He blows her away! He's all she can think of from that moment on. He makes fools of Leo and his gang and makes the T-Birds look pretty stupid too since he did it all by himself. He doesn't care. All he wanted to do is impress Stephanie, and it worked!

The next day the school is buzzing about it. Everyone is talking about the Lone Biker and how wonderful he is. Frenchy tells him, that she heard through Paulette, that Stephanie was "knocked out of her bobby socks." Underneath that helmet Michael is dying to tell Stephanie who he really is, but can't find the right way and time to tell her.

Still masked, he and Stephanie are out riding one evening. They share they're first kiss. Back at Stephanie's fathers garage, Michael is about to reveal himself when Johnny and the rest of the gang catch them in an embrace! Michael takes off quickly but tells Steph he'll meet het at the talent show on Friday night. Johnny vows that if he catches Stephanie with him again he will be a "ded man" since it is against Pink Lady code to go out with a guy who isn't a T-Bird. Steph basically tells him off and to "stay outta her life." Paulette is hurt by his jealously over Steph and they have a fight as well.

Friday night finally arrives. "The June Moon Talent Contest." Stephanie is waiting outside for her "Cool Rider." As planned he arrives, and just as she is about to get on his bike, Johnny and the T-Birds show up. Michael, still masked, gets scared and takes off. The Birds start to chase him down to teach him a lesson. Stephanie freaks out! Sharon pulls up, Stephanie hops in, and the Pinks chase after The T-Birds, chasing after The Lone Biker. The Birds chase him to a closed off construction area, and force him to make this tremendous jump. When they finally stop their bikes and get off to see the damage, he is gone. Stephanie runs up in a panic and blames Johnny for doing this. Her love, her soulmate, DEAD. They all head back for the talent contest in which both gangs participate.

The T-Birds do a lil' number called Prowlin', a song about getting some action, as they put it. The Pink Ladies do a song entitled "A Girl For All Seasons," each one playing a different season. Sharon is Spring, Paulette as Summer, Rhonda is Fall and Stephanie is Winter. During Stephanie's solo, she dreams of being in Heaven with her Cool Rider, and they sing to each other "Love Will Turn Back The Hands Of Time." She ends up winning the talent show along with Johnny which means they are King and Queen of the school's Lani Kei Lani Luau.

They all go to the luau and it is set off with a big production number called Rock-a-Hula Luau. Since Johnny and Stephanie are King and Queen of the Luau, they get to be carried around on a big throne/raft which is lowered into the pool (if you look closely, on the right hand side (our left) you can see Maxwell Caulfield as one of the raft carriers, guess they needed someone who looked good with his shirt off).

At this moment the Cycle Lords crash the luau and start destroying everything around,.....that is until u know who shows up! That's right The Lone Biker! He ends up taking out Leo and his boys again and ends it with a SUPER JUMP over the entire length of the pool. Stephanie is amazed! She thought he was dead!!! How can this be? He ends the jump, by getting off his bike and removing his helmet and goggles, revealing himself to Stephanie and the entire school! She is in shock and starts to run over to him. Johnny beats her to it, he can't believe it either. How can this kid, "Mr. Shakespeare" be the epitome of cool? Johnny, finally does a cool thing himself, he makes Michael a T-Bird and gives him his jacket. Stephanie then arrives. The two lovers finally meet, face to face. They share a few kisses, and she tells him how happy she is to have gotten 2 for the price of 1! Michael tells her he loves her.

Now, all is well. Michael and Stephanie have each other. Johnny and Paulette have worked things out. Goose and Rhonda, Louis and Sharon and even Davey and Dolores have found happiness. They all declare their love for one another as they sing "We'll Be Together."

They all graduate and Michael and Stephanie ride off into the sunset Happily ever after!!!
